COMMUNICATING WITH US
When you visit SHIPINCANADA.COM or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You will be required to provide a valid phone number while placing an order with us. We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the Site or by any other mode of communication we choose to employ. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications (including transactional, promotional and/or commercial messages), from us with respect to your use of the website (and/or placement of your order) and agree to treat all modes of communication with the same importance.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders placed in the web site will be shipped only after confirmation BY SHIPINCANADA.COM (by an e-mail sending). SHIPINCANADA has the right to cancel or defer in whole or in part the orders because of the impossibility to supply the goods. These cases relieves us of the obligations previously entered into with the acceptance of the order and exclude any claims for damages. Delivery terms have to be considered as indicative.
IPTV SUBSCRIPTION
There is a one time $30 SETUP FEE for for new customers buying IPTV subscription or for any existing customer letting their IPTV account expire. Not only you will have to pay for your monthly subscription but if you are just becoming our IPTV customer and signing up for the first time, then you must pay the IPTV one time setup fee. The setup fee is also for customers not renewing their IPTV account on time and letting it expire, the system then automatically deletes all expired accounts after few days, and if the existing customer choose to renew their account the setup fee will be applied again as we will have to create a new account.
We at shipinCanada.com only sell IPTV subscription. We do not own or run the servers, therefore we must follow any rule or policies that are put by the server owner and pass it to customer ( YOU ) . Please remember that setup fee goes to straight to server owner pocket, this is something can't be avoided.
