ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders placed in the web site will be shipped only after confirmation BY SHIPINCANADA.COM (by an e-mail sending). SHIPINCANADA has the right to cancel or defer in whole or in part the orders because of the impossibility to supply the goods. These cases relieves us of the obligations previously entered into with the acceptance of the order and exclude any claims for damages. Delivery terms have to be considered as indicative. 


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We Ship goods all over Canada with a courier chosen by SHIPINCANADA.COM. Delivery time changes according to the place of destination. Usually we do send you tracking number of the shipment via Email or Text message but however if you do not get the tracking number in 24 hours, you could ask the tracking of your shipment writing an email to track@shipincanada.com. Complaints relating to the shipment or delivery of goods and its quality and quantity should be strictly carried out not later than eight days from the date of arrival of goods. 

( If you live anywhere in GTA near we are located Brampton we may be able to deliver the part for you personally for an extra $20, and all depends if our drivers are available to drive the part to you same day, if not No Problem we can always ship the Product to your Personal Address.
